Coach "T" has been contracted with Baseball Factory since 2002, traveling nationwide to camps and tournaments. His role at these selected events consists of player development and talent evaluation for High School and Middle School athletes. He also serves in a coach / mentor / instructor capacity to these athletes at the events. Read more about the Baseball Factory here.

Coach "T" currently helps manage the 14U and 16U Ponte Vedra Thunder travel teams. He also oversees various player development camps in the Summer, as well as working with various teams in the Ponte Vedra Athletic Association to assist coaches with practice plans, evaluations and overall skill development.
